2001 Lincoln Towncar
Unfortunately the last time we had our oil changed, the shop didn't tighten the oil plug. As a result, in early May of this year ALL of the oil leaked out and our engine seized, making our vehicle worthless.
Thanks to the kindness and fairness of Liberty Motors we found a beautiful one-owner car in excellent. We just can't thank the owners enough for being there to help us on a timely basis with their EXCELLENT customer service!
